Besides food, Trivena offers a door-to-door parcel delivery service for sending packages within the delivery area.

How to Send a Parcel

1. From the home screen, tap "Door-to-Door" or "Parcel Delivery"
2. Enter the pickup address (sender location)
3. Enter the delivery address (recipient location)
4. Fill in sender and recipient details (name, phone number)
5. Select the parcel type and add a description
6. Add any special delivery instructions
7. Enter the estimated item value
8. Choose your payment method
9. Confirm and submit your parcel request

Tracking Your Parcel

Once a driver accepts your parcel request, you can track the delivery in real-time on the map, just like a food order.
