How to Place an Order

Placing Your Order — Step by Step

Step 1: Add Items to Your Cart

Browse a restaurant menu, tap on an item, select your preferred options (size, extras), adjust the quantity, and tap "Add to Cart".

Step 2: Review Your Cart

Tap the floating shopping cart button to see all items. You can:

• Increase or decrease item quantities
• Add notes to specific items (e.g., "no onions")
• Remove items from your cart

Step 3: Choose Delivery or Pickup

On the order screen you will see two tabs:

• Delivery — Your order will be delivered to your address. Select or confirm your delivery address on the map.
• Pickup — Pick up your order from the restaurant. The restaurant location is shown on the map.

Step 4: Set Delivery Details (for Delivery orders)

• Confirm your delivery address on the map
• Add house/apartment number, floor, and any delivery instructions
• Optionally send to someone else by entering their name and phone number

Step 5: Choose Payment Method

Select how you want to pay (Cash, Wallet, or online payment). See our payment article for details.

Step 6: Apply Promo Code (Optional)

If you have a promo code, enter it in the promo code field to get a discount.

Step 7: Review Order Summary

Check the price breakdown:

• Subtotal (items)
• Delivery fee
• Service fee
• Tax
• Discount (if applicable)
• Total amount

Step 8: Place Your Order

Tap "Place Order" and your order will be sent to the restaurant. You will see a confirmation with confetti animation!

Minimum Order

Some restaurants have a minimum order amount. You will be notified if your cart does not meet the minimum.
