How to Cancel an Order

You can cancel an order from the order tracking screen by tapping the "Cancel Order" button.

Refunds

If your order was paid online or via wallet and gets cancelled:

Requesting a Refund

If you received an incorrect or damaged order:

  1. Go to ProfileOrder History
  2. Select the order in question
  3. Tap "Request Refund"
  4. Describe the issue
  5. Submit your refund request — our team will review it

You can check the status of your refund request in the Refunds tab of your order history.
