How to Cancel an Order
You can cancel an order from the order tracking screen by tapping the "Cancel Order" button.
Important Notes
- Cancellation may only be available before the restaurant starts preparing your food
- Once the order is being prepared or a driver has been assigned, cancellation may not be possible or may incur a fee
- The restaurant may also cancel your order if they are unable to prepare it
Refunds
If your order was paid online or via wallet and gets cancelled:
- The refund is typically processed back to the original payment method
- Wallet refunds appear instantly
- Online payment refunds may take 3-5 business days depending on your bank
Requesting a Refund
If you received an incorrect or damaged order:
- Go to Profile → Order History
- Select the order in question
- Tap "Request Refund"
- Describe the issue
- Submit your refund request — our team will review it
You can check the status of your refund request in the Refunds tab of your order history.
