App Not Working — Common Fixes
Troubleshooting Common Issues
App Crashes or Freezes
- Close and reopen the app
- Make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store / Play Store
- Restart your phone
- Clear app cache: Go to your phone's Settings → Apps → Trivena → Clear Cache
- Uninstall and reinstall the app as a last resort
Location Not Working
- Make sure Location Services are enabled for the Trivena app
- On Android: Settings → Location → turn on
- On iOS: Settings → Privacy → Location Services → Trivena → "While Using the App"
- Make sure GPS is enabled (not just WiFi location)
Push Notifications Not Showing
- Make sure notifications are enabled: Phone Settings → Apps → Trivena → Notifications → Enable
- Check your in-app notification settings: Profile → Settings
- Ensure Do Not Disturb mode is off
Cannot See Restaurants
- Check that your delivery address is set correctly
- Some restaurants may be closed at the current time
- Your area may be outside the delivery zone — try adjusting your address
Payment Not Going Through
- Check your internet connection
- For wallet payments: ensure sufficient balance
- For online payments: check your card details and available funds
- Try a different payment method
