Parcel Delivery for Drivers

Besides food orders, you can also deliver parcels (packages) through the Trivena app.

Parcel Orders

Parcel deliveries appear in a separate section. Go to Profile → Parcels to see:

• Active Parcels — parcels you are currently delivering
• Available Parcels — parcel requests you can accept

Parcel Delivery Flow

1. Accept a parcel delivery request
2. Navigate to the pickup location (sender address)
3. Collect the parcel from the sender
4. Tap "Complete Pickup"
5. Navigate to the delivery location (recipient address)
6. Deliver the parcel and tap "Delivered"
7. Rate the customer

Contacting Sender/Recipient

You can call the sender or recipient directly from the app using the phone button. You can also launch navigation in your preferred map app (Google Maps, Waze, Apple Maps) for directions.
