How to Accept and Deliver Orders

Delivery Flow — Step by Step

Step 1: Receive an Order

When a new order is available, a popup notification appears on your screen showing:

• Restaurant name and logo
• Order total price
• Delivery fee (your earnings)
• Payment method
• A timer — you must respond before it expires

Step 2: Accept or Skip

Tap "Accept" to take the order, or "Skip" to pass it to another driver.

Step 3: Navigate to the Restaurant

After accepting, the app shows the route to the restaurant on the map with a blue line. Follow the route to pick up the order.

Step 4: Pick Up the Order

When you arrive at the restaurant:

1. Tap "Order Information" to see what items you need to collect
2. Collect all items from the restaurant
3. Tap "Complete Checkout" to confirm pickup
4. Confirm in the popup dialog

Step 5: Navigate to the Customer

The map now shows the route to the customer's address. Follow the route and deliver the order.

Step 6: Complete the Delivery

1. Hand the order to the customer
2. Tap "I Delivered the Order"
3. Take a photo as proof of delivery (if required)
4. Upload the photo
5. The delivery is complete!

Step 7: Rate the Customer

After delivery, you can optionally rate the customer. This helps maintain a good community.

Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel, tap the Cancel button and provide a reason. Note: frequent cancellations may affect your driver rating.
