How to Accept and Deliver Orders
Delivery Flow — Step by Step
Step 1: Receive an Order
When a new order is available, a popup notification appears on your screen showing:
- Restaurant name and logo
- Order total price
- Delivery fee (your earnings)
- Payment method
- A timer — you must respond before it expires
Step 2: Accept or Skip
Tap "Accept" to take the order, or "Skip" to pass it to another driver.
Step 3: Navigate to the Restaurant
After accepting, the app shows the route to the restaurant on the map with a blue line. Follow the route to pick up the order.
Step 4: Pick Up the Order
When you arrive at the restaurant:
- Tap "Order Information" to see what items you need to collect
- Collect all items from the restaurant
- Tap "Complete Checkout" to confirm pickup
- Confirm in the popup dialog
Step 5: Navigate to the Customer
The map now shows the route to the customer's address. Follow the route and deliver the order.
Step 6: Complete the Delivery
- Hand the order to the customer
- Tap "I Delivered the Order"
- Take a photo as proof of delivery (if required)
- Upload the photo
- The delivery is complete!
Step 7: Rate the Customer
After delivery, you can optionally rate the customer. This helps maintain a good community.
Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel, tap the Cancel button and provide a reason. Note: frequent cancellations may affect your driver rating.
