Getting Started with the Trivena Driver App

Welcome, Driver!

The Trivena Driver App is your tool for accepting delivery orders, navigating to restaurants and customers, and earning money.

Downloading the App

Download the Trivena Driver app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Main Screen — The Map

The Driver app is map-centered. When you open the app, you see a full-screen Google Map with your current location. Key controls:

• Online/Offline toggle (top right) — Switch between available and unavailable for deliveries
• Profile button (top left) — Access your profile, settings, and earnings
• Orders button — View active and available orders (shows badge count)
• "Find me" button — Recenter the map on your location

Going Online

Toggle Online to start receiving order requests. When online, your location is shared with the system and you will receive delivery offers. Your location updates automatically every 10 seconds.

Setting Up Your Vehicle

Go to Profile → Edit Vehicle to set up your vehicle information:

• Vehicle brand and model
• License plate number
• Vehicle color
• Vehicle type: Benzine, Diesel, Gas, Motorbike, Bike, or On Foot
• Vehicle dimensions (optional)
• Upload a photo of your vehicle

Delivery Zone

You can configure your preferred delivery zone on the map from your Profile. This helps you get orders in areas you prefer to work in.
