How to Log In and Reset Your Password

Logging Into Your Account

Open the Trivena app and enter your email/phone number and password, or use your social login (Google, Facebook, Apple).

Forgot Your Password?

1. On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?"
2. Enter the email address or phone number you registered with
3. Check your email or phone for a reset code
4. Enter the reset code and create a new password
5. Log in with your new password

Having Trouble Logging In?

• Make sure you are using the same method you registered with (email, phone, or social login)
• Check that your internet connection is working
• Try closing and reopening the app
• If you used a social login, make sure you are logged into that social account on your device
