Managing Incoming Orders
Order Management
The Orders tab shows a pipeline of all your orders organized in four stages:
Order Pipeline
| Tab | Description |
| New Orders | Newly received orders waiting for your action. Tap to view details and accept/reject. |
| Accepted | Orders you have accepted and are now preparing. |
| Ready | Orders that are prepared and waiting for driver pickup or customer pickup. |
| On the Way | Orders picked up by a driver and being delivered to the customer. |
Processing an Order
- A new order arrives with a push notification and sound alert
- Tap the order to see full details: customer info, items ordered, payment method, delivery type
- Accept or Reject the order
- Start preparing the food
- Mark the order as Ready when preparation is complete
- A driver will be assigned to pick up the order
Order Types
- Delivery — A driver picks up and delivers to the customer
- Pickup — Customer comes to collect the order themselves
- Dine-in — Customer is dining at your restaurant (with table assignment)
Creating Orders Manually (POS)
You can also create orders on behalf of customers:
- Tap the "+" button or "Create Order"
- Browse your own menu and add items
- Select delivery type (Delivery, Take Away, or Dine-In with table selection)
- Enter customer details or select an existing customer
- Choose payment method and confirm
Order History
View all past completed and cancelled orders in the Order History section, accessible from the Restaurant tab.
