Order Management

The Orders tab shows a pipeline of all your orders organized in four stages:

Order Pipeline

New OrdersNewly received orders waiting for your action. Tap to view details and accept/reject.
AcceptedOrders you have accepted and are now preparing.
ReadyOrders that are prepared and waiting for driver pickup or customer pickup.
On the WayOrders picked up by a driver and being delivered to the customer.

Processing an Order

  1. A new order arrives with a push notification and sound alert
  2. Tap the order to see full details: customer info, items ordered, payment method, delivery type
  3. Accept or Reject the order
  4. Start preparing the food
  5. Mark the order as Ready when preparation is complete
  6. A driver will be assigned to pick up the order

Order Types

Creating Orders Manually (POS)

You can also create orders on behalf of customers:

  1. Tap the "+" button or "Create Order"
  2. Browse your own menu and add items
  3. Select delivery type (Delivery, Take Away, or Dine-In with table selection)
  4. Enter customer details or select an existing customer
  5. Choose payment method and confirm

Order History

View all past completed and cancelled orders in the Order History section, accessible from the Restaurant tab.
