Getting Started with the Trivena Vendor App

Welcome, Restaurant Partner!

The Trivena Vendor App lets you manage your restaurant, receive and process orders, and track your earnings.

Downloading the Vendor App

Download the Trivena Vendor app from the App Store or Google Play Store. This is a separate app from the customer app.

Logging In

Use the credentials provided during your registration as a Trivena partner. You can log in with your phone number and password.

Main Screens

The Vendor app has 3 main tabs:

Tab	Description
Orders	View and manage incoming and active orders
Menu	Manage your products, extras, and add-ons
Restaurant	Your shop profile, settings, wallet, and earnings

Setting Up Your Restaurant Profile

Go to the Restaurant tab to:

Upload your restaurant logo and banner image
Edit your name, description, and phone number
Set your working hours for each day of the week
Configure your delivery zone on the map
Set your restaurant open or closed with the toggle switch

Become a Seller from the Customer App

Customers can also apply to become a restaurant partner directly from within the customer app by going to Profile → Become Seller and filling out the application form.
