Delivery fees depend on:

• The distance between the restaurant and your delivery address
• The restaurant's own delivery pricing
• Current demand at the time of ordering

The exact delivery fee is always shown in your order summary before you place your order — no surprises!

Delivery Areas

Trivena operates within specific delivery zones. When you set your delivery address, only restaurants that can deliver to your location will be shown.

If you see a message that a restaurant does not deliver to your area, you can still choose Pickup to collect the order yourself.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on:

• Restaurant preparation time
• Distance to your address
• Current order volume

Estimated times are shown when you view a restaurant and in your order tracking screen.
