How to Use the Trivena Wallet

Your Trivena Wallet

The Trivena Wallet is a convenient digital wallet built into the app. It lets you pay for orders instantly without needing cash or a card at checkout.

Checking Your Balance

Go to Profile → Wallet to see your current balance and transaction history.

Topping Up Your Wallet

1. Go to Profile → Wallet
2. Tap "Top Up" or "Add Funds"
3. Enter the amount you want to add
4. Choose a payment method for the top-up
5. Complete the payment and your balance will be updated

Transaction History

In your wallet screen, you can see a full history of:

• Top-ups and deposits
• Payments made with wallet
• Refunds received
• Referral and cashback rewards

Paying with Wallet

At checkout, select "Wallet" as your payment method. The order amount will be deducted from your balance instantly. If your balance is too low, you will need to top up first or choose another payment method.
