Pay with cash when your order is delivered. The driver will collect payment at your door. Please have the exact amount ready when possible.
Pay using your pre-loaded Trivena wallet balance. This is the fastest payment method — no extra steps needed at checkout. If your wallet balance is insufficient, you will be notified to top up.
Pay securely online using a credit/debit card or other digital payment methods available in your region. Online payments open a secure payment page within the app.
During checkout, tap the payment method section to see all available options. Select your preferred method and complete your order.
